Another day, another transfer news update! We take a look at buzzing headlines across the ongoing transfer window. Here you go!

Galatasaray signs Osimhen from Napoli.

Turkish champions Galatasaray have announced the signing of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen from Napoli following a successful loan spell last season.

The deal is worth €75m, with the Italian champions receiving €40m now and the rest next summer. Napoli retains a 10% sell-on clause, and Galatasaray cannot sell the Nigerian striker to any Italian side within the next two seasons.

Chelsea finds Hato breakthrough.

World Champions Chelsea has agreed to full terms with Ajax for the signing of Dutch youngster Jorrel Hato, and the defender will sign a 7-year deal.

Hato is set to undergo medical on Friday ahead of this move, bringing to an end a saga that involved Manchester United and Tottenham. Hato always wanted Chelsea, and it’s a position that the Blues need to improve; they’re now in a good place ahead of the new season.

Donnarumma is not negotiating to leave PSG.

Despite pulling out of the Mike Maignan deal and putting faith in Robert Sanchez, Chelsea are believed to still want a new goalkeeper, but Gigi Donnarumma won’t join them.

Some reports also suggest that Manchester United opened talks for the Italian goalkeeper, but the player’s camp has denied anything of the sort, and United must look elsewhere for safe pairs of gloves after the uncertainties surrounding Andre Onana.

Sunderland signs Xhaka, eyes Marc Guiu.

Former Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has signed for Sunderland for a fee of €20m, with the Premier League new boys stocking up ahead of what could be a challenging season.

The Black Cats are also one of the three sides looking to sign Chelsea’s young striker Marc Guiu, and after signing seven players this summer, including Brighton’s Simon Adingra, Sunderland has spent above €135m and doesn’t mind spending more. Will they beat the drop after these investments?

Fenerbahçe signs Skriniar and Semedo.

After a long summer of negotiations, Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce has signed Milan Skriniar from PSG on a permanent deal after the defender spent last season on loan with the Turkish outfit.

In a shocking move, the club has also announced the signing of former Barcelona right back Nelson Semedo from Wolves, and the Portuguese is on his way to Turkey for his medical. Wolves now must enter the market to find a replacement.
