It's the coronation weekend in the Premier League, and Liverpool fans can hit the streets to celebrate their 20th title, their second in five years.

The long-running battle with Manchester United for the league title count will even up this weekend as the Kops level on 20 titles, wondering how someone like Sir Alex Ferguson feels about that.

For someone like Arne Slot, he clearly doesn't understand the drama, history, enmity, and tradition behind the title conversations with Manchester United, but the Dutchman will celebrate his first title at his first attempt.

He did suffer some pains at Wembley, where his side went into the League Cup final as favourites, only to lose to Newcastle United. The Carabao Cup pain would be banished for good on Sunday when Tottenham comes to town.

Arsenal's 2-2 draw at the Emirates with Crystal Palace on Wednesday has handed the initiative to Liverpool, who now only need a point to be crowned champions, and, even if it doesn't happen on Sunday, it's inevitable; it will happen soon.

Last time out, five years ago, the Kops did it without their fans at the stadium, Jordan Henderson lifting the trophy at a relatively empty Anfield and Jurgen Klopp punching the air, hoping the fans at home would catch one; it would be different this time.

The Red side of Manchester would watch on as the Kops match their 20 league titles; however, Manchester United would tell you they have won 13 Premier League titles; Liverpool can only boast of two, with the second expected to come this Sunday.

There's another battle to be decided this weekend. It's inevitable; Ipswich Town will join Southampton and Leicester City in the Championship next season; it can be delayed by a further week, but can Ipswich Town beat Newcastle?

Finally, to the mother of all battles, the race for Champions League football, where five teams are fighting for three slots. It's safe to say the Gunners would finish second behind the champions-elect, who are the three who would join them in the Champions League next season.

Manchester City, Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest, Chelsea and Aston Villa are all in the mix for the ticket to the Champions League next season; which of these five would nick the available tickets?
