Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku scored twice as the Red Devils take all three points in Group G.
Panama were stubborn as they frustrated Belgium in the first half which ended 0-0.
Belgium started the second half with more urgency, Napoli's Dries Mertens scored a beautiful volley to give the Red Devils the lead two minutes into after restart. In the 69th minute, Eden Hazard picked up the ball on the left, beats the Panama defender with some sleek move before playing the ball into the path of Kevin De Bruyne, the Manchester City midfielder played a brilliant outside of the foot pass for Romelu Lukaku to head in their second for the match.
As the game went on, the North Americans were exhausted, Belgium broke on a counter in the 75th minute with Eden Hazard picking a through pass to Lukaku, the former Chelsea striker brilliantly chipped the onrushing Penedo to make it 3-0.
