Renato Sanches,The poorest Individual highlight of a player | Chelsea 1-0 Swansea
Renato Sanches is struggling in the English Premier League, the highly rated young star had a very poor game at Chelsea today.
The Bayern Munich loanee is one the highly rated midfielders, he played a vital role for Portugal as they won Euro 2016 which prompted a move to Bayern Munich for around 35m Euros.
Sanches joined Swansea on loan during the last transfer window hoping to get enough playing time ahead of the 2018 World Cup, but the 20-year old midfielder has been poor since joining the Premier League.
Playing tonight against Chelsea, Renato Sanches gave one of the worst individual performance you would ever see at top level football. He gave the ball away a lot and was casual when making tackles, in one instance, the Portuguese midfielder under no pressure passed the ball to the advertising hoarding.
Sanches was rightly subbed off at half time by Swansea coach Paul clement, football fans have been reacting to this shocking display by the former golden boy award winner.
Clement is asked if Renato Sanches was injured. No. "He had a poor half." Says he has failed to transfer his quality to this league. Says the whole coaching staff is there to help him take the right steps.— Dan Levene (@danlevene) November 29, 2017
Swansea have brought Renato Sanches off at half-time for Leroy Fer, what an incredible decline since Euro 2016. A truly terrible half for him. #CHESWA #CFC— Nizaar Kinsella (@NizaarKinsella) November 29, 2017
You will have a very, very hard time finding a worse half than the one Renato Sanches had today. Absolutely shocking.— EiF (@EiFsoccer) November 29, 2017
Renato Sanches passing to an advertising hoarding must be one of the saddest sights I’ve seen on a football pitch.— John Bennett (@JohnBennettBBC) November 29, 2017
What on earth has happened to him?
Renato Sanches is so poor. Clearly is the next big flop in football. There is no way back for him.— Lav (@ConteTactics) November 29, 2017

Renato Sanches produced one of the worst individual performances in years. He even passed it to the advertising board...😢 https://t.co/ogvxkQz9VT

"If that was a kid from the academy you would never, ever see him again!" 😲@RobbieSavage8 and Tim Sherwood slam Renato Sanches' for his displays on loan at Swansea this season from Bayern Munich.#BTSportScore pic.twitter.com/HlmSr4p1rU
Man, watching Renato Sanches......I'm just heartbroken for him, he looks absolutely terrible and I don't know what else to say— Nathan Motz (@nathanmotz) November 29, 2017
Very hard to believe just how far downwards Renato Sanches' progression went. While Sanches at Benfica always made you think he might change a game for you, Sanches at Swansea just makes you wonder when the next time he'll give away the ball is. Looks like a different player.— EiF (@EiFsoccer) November 29, 2017
No player misplaced more passes (9) in the first half between Chelsea and Swansea than Renato Sanches.— BT Sport Score (@btsportscore) November 29, 2017

In terms of fulfilling their hype and potential, Renato Sanches makes Freddy Adu look successful.— Stu (@long_shanks79) November 29, 2017
