ISIS release poster targeting Lionel Messi & 2018 World cup
The Islamic state seems to have turned their propaganda to the 2018 in Russia after losing their strong hold in Iraq and Syria.
Some sick pictures are currently circulating on the internet showing how the terror group is targeting next year's World cup.
In one of the images, Lionel Messi was photoshopped with blood tears with the message:“You are fighting a state that does not have failure in it’s dictionary” — despite Islamic State having been driven out of its self-declared capital Raqqa this week.”
The other picture used the Russia 2018 World cup logo with an armed member of the Jihadi group posing beside it and the inscription “Wait For Us” in Arabic.
In a third poster, there’s an image of an armed fighter looking over Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium. That’s where the World Cup final will be played on 15 July 2018.
That poster carried the message: “O enemies of Allah in Russia, I swear that the fire of the mujahideen will burn them, just wait.”
