England captain Harry Kane has announced that he will be staying at Tottenham Hotspur this summer despite interest from Manchester City
England captain Harry Kane has confirmed that he will remain at Tottenham this summer and is 100% focused on assisting the team in achieving success.
Manchester City were interested in signing Kane, who believed he had reached an agreement with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy to leave the club this summer.
However, Levy has refused to let the 28-year-old striker go.
Kane made his season debut on Sunday, coming on as a substitute in Tottenham's 1-0 victory over Wolves.
It was incredible to see the reception from the Spurs fans on Sunday and to read some of the messages of support I've had in the last few weeks. 👏⚽— Harry Kane (@HKane) August 25, 2021
