Southampton are the worst team on home ground, they have lost eight times in front of the St Mary’s fans and that is the reason they could be drawn into the relegation talks again.

Aston Villa are the number one candidate for the drop but they show lots of fights.

They were unlucky to watch Heung Min Son wheel away after Engels failed to control a long Davison Sanchez long ball.

Villa wouldn’t like to look at history books on this one, they have failed to beat Southampton in any of their last five.

Their last point was in the 1-1 draw at St Mary’s in 2015, that was the season the Villa Park outfit went down.
