Manchester United are back on the trail of their former midfielder Paul Pogba - now valued at around £60m by Italian champions Juventus. Pogba, 21, was a United target when David Moyes was in charge, and talks were at an advanced stage at the time the former manager was sacked. Sunday Express

Didier Drogba is set to return to Chelsea this summer. The 36-year-old striker is currently with Turkish club Galatasaray, but Blues manager Jose Mourinho has never disguised his desire to re-sign a player who left Stamford Bridge after the Champions League final in 2012. Sunday Mirror

Incoming Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has spoken of his admiration for Arturo Vidal, 27, and admitted the Chile and Juventus midfielder is a player he "always wanted to buy". Vidal is wanted by a number of other clubs, including Real Madrid, Barcelona and Chelsea. Mail on Sunday

Bristol Rovers, newly relegated to the Conference, have picked up £500,000 as part of a sell-on clause from the transfer of their former striker, Rickie Lambert, from Southampton to Liverpool for around £4.5m.
