Ozil, Mertesacker, Schurrle to face England in friendly

Arsenal duo Mesut Ozil and Per Mertesacker and Chelsea forward Andre Schurrle have been named in the Germany squad to face England at Wembley. 

Germany coach Joachim Low has also handed a first call-up to Borussia Dortmund's 33-year-old goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller.

"Wembley is legendary and it is an amazing experience for anybody to play there," Low said.
"Games against England are prestigious matches with an explosive atmosphere."

Germany squad to face Italy and England: 
Goalkeepers: Neuer (Bayern Munich), Weidenfeller (Borussia Dortmund), Adler (Hamburg)

Defenders: Boateng, Lahm (both Bayern Munich), Jansen, Westermann (both Hamburg), Hummels, Schmelzer (both Borussia Dortmund), Howedes (Schalke), Mertesacker (Arsenal)

Midfielders: Gotze, Kroos, Muller (all Bayern Munich), Bender, Sam (both Bayer Leverkusen), Reus, Bender (both Borussia Dortmund), Draxler (Schalke), Khedira (Real Madrid), Ozil (Arsenal), Schurrle (Chelsea)

Forwards: Klose (Lazio), Kruse (Borussia Monchengladbach)
