It's a fast and furious day in the transfer market. Deadline day brings strange news and unexpected moves. We'll keep you updated as it happens in the transfer market.

Tottenham has spent so much and looks like a club that will spend more. Roberto De Zerbi could be the first manager to be fired after their opening two games ended in defeats, and with three new quick additions, will any excuse be tenable for the Italian manager?

Mykhaylo Mudryk and Tosin Adarabioyo have both arrived at Tottenham from Chelsea. The deal that took the Ukrainian winger to Tottenham is a loan with a buy option, while Tosin's transaction is an outright sale worth £7m.

Manchester City is also making transactions on deadline day. Jack Grealish has joined Everton on loan for the second straight season, while the Cityzens are back in for Iliman Ndiaye. The Senegalese player is expected to make the switch to the Etihad on Tuesday.

AS Monaco has agreed to sell USMNT striker Folarin Balogun to Everton as the Toffees seek to bolster their attack. A fee of €45m was agreed with the French club as Beto is expected to complete a move away to Fiorentina on Tuesday.

Following the arrival of Emiliano Martinez at Chelsea, the Blues have agreed on terms with Como for the loan of Robert Sanchez. It's a bit of a risk for the Blues as Martinez is ageing and prone to injuries now. It could be a long season for the Stamford Bridge landlords.

Following De Zerbi's statement about players asking to leave, Kevin Danso has joined Sunderland from Tottenham. The deal is a loan with an obligation to buy for £25m. Danso hasn't impressed at Tottenham, but his long throws could be of help at Sunderland.

Arsenal youngster Ethan Nwaneri has agreed to join Borussia Dortmund on loan until the end of the season. Several clubs were interested in the Arsenal midfielder, but a club-to-club agreement has been struck with the German side, and Nwaneri is expected to complete the move before the deadline.

We're expecting to hear from Enzo Fernandez in the coming hours. The Chelsea midfielder is set for a move to Manchester City, with conversations ongoing. This is one of the deals that will linger until the final minutes of the window.
