It's the weekend of game week 35 in the Premier League. Each team has only 12 points to fight for, and those are the most significant 12 points in the history of many of them.

For Arsenal, winning the 12 points could see them land the Premier League title for the first time in 21 years.

They will need to score lots of goals to stay in the driving seat or hope City doesn't win all their remaining games. Arsenal cannot afford to drop points anywhere anymore this season.

It's the same for Manchester City.

The Cityzens prayed to the FA to adjust their schedules as they continue to fight for the Premier League title, but the FA rejected their appeal. The final 12 points are crucial for City's title quest.

Will they measure up?

Manchester United has an eleven-point cushion over the 6th spot.

One more win, and the Red Devils are back on the biggest stage of European club football.

You reckon Liverpool and Villa would need up to six points in their quest to qualify for the Champions League next season.

Villa has another opportunity through the Europa League.

Forest took the first-leg advantage, and that could mean that Unai Emery must give everything in the league this weekend to keep qualification hopes via the league alive.

For Brighton and Bournemouth to achieve Champions League qualification, they must both win their remaining games and hope that Villa wins the Europa League and finishes in the top five.

That frees up the 6th spot for the Premier League.

There's still a chance for Chelsea to qualify for the Champions League via the league.

The Blues will need to win all their remaining games while hoping some of the sides in front of them stutter. It's a big ask for the Blues.

Down the ladder, there's still one big relegation conversation that could see Tottenham in huge trouble with their beautiful stadium.

If Leeds United beat Burnley on Friday night, the Lilywhites would move 9 points clear of Tottenham. With three to play, that's as good as being safe.

Forest will keep an eye on the midweek game against Villa at Villa Park in the Europa League.

Their first-leg triumph means they're one step away from the final, but they must not lose sight of the big one at Stamford Bridge on Monday.

Tottenham must win their remaining four matches to stand a chance of survival. It's not impossible with Roberto Di Zerbi at the helm, but do the players believe?

West Ham will need to win all their remaining games too.

It feels like a straight shootout between North and West London. Who goes down?
