It’s Ruben Amorim’s one-year anniversary at Old Trafford and what a ride it has been? If you ask him, he’d rather tell you about the last three games than the lot before that.

Football is such a fast-paced sport and, all of a sudden, Amorim is happy, looking like a man in a good place but, who would believe he only won his first back-to-back Premier League win two weeks ago? The same guy who said sometimes he hates his players? Football is weird.

Sean Dyche is playing his first league home game as the manager of Nottingham Forest, vintage old-school style but, he was introduced into the tough terrain last weekend at Bournemouth, will he be able to bring smiles to the faces of the beleaguered Forest fans?

Sean Dyche is the third manager of Nottingham Forest this season after Nuno Espirito Santo and Ange Postecoglou who spent only 39 days at the helm without winning a single game. The former Burnley and Everton manager has a daunting job at Forest, can he keep them up?

Let’s talk about the owner of Forest for a moment, shall we? His statement when he fired Nuno was that they needed a manager who could delivered titles as Nuno doesn’t look like it, Big Ange won the Europa League at Spurs, while his style doesn’t fit that of the players, signing him for trophies made sense.

Fast forward few weeks later, the man who wins something in his second season couldn’t even win a game and he was shown the exit door, with Sean Dyche in town, it feels like Evangelos Marinakis has gone back to status quo, could he have left Nuno in charge?

Back to Manchester United, it feels like everything is going according to plan now; the storm is over and glory days are coming, can they beat Forest to make it four games in a row? Will their famous fan finally get a haircut? Over to you Forest.

Elliot Anderson is one player to watch. The England international has been immense for Forest even in their poor run, you also want to see how Sean Dyche combines the talent at his disposal upfront, he must find solutions to their blunt attack.

To mark Amorim’s first year in charge, expect United players to take the battle to a fragile Forest side. Bryan Mbeumo is one of the best in the league right now, will he score again? Benjamin Sesko could have a filled day alongside Mattheus Cunha, it’s United’s to lose.

Verdict: Straight win United
