It's the weekend! Club football resumes, and we're excited for the fixtures ahead. How fit are the players? What are the weekend's standout fixtures and the crucial questions we need to address?

The elephant in the room is the return of Ange Postecoglou to the Premier League almost immediately after he walked out of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Evangelos Marinakis rang the Aussie, and Big Ange obliged. Guess his first fixture?

Arsenal is one side. Ange never found his way around in his two years at Tottenham. Will he find joy against the Gunners in his debut at Nottingham Forest? New sets of players, a new challenge in a totally new city.

So, does this count as a first season for Ange? Can we then expect him to land a title next season, as he always wins in his second season? Marinakis insists Postecoglou was hired solely because of trophies; he must earn his stripes.

Now, speaking of Arsenal, Mikel Arteta saw his side lose late at Anfield; they played quite well, even beyond expectations, but with handbrakes on. With Ebere Eze now fully ready, will Arteta lose his fear to play exciting football?

Arsenal fans are agitated; they feel the acquisition of top talents for Arteta could still end in pain if the manager doesn't allow these players to flourish by playing to their respective strengths. Arteta must answer this important question.

It's the Manchester Derby, and both clubs aren't in a good place, and you wonder how it's going to pan out. It's a case of a team struggling with confidence issues and a depleted former champion; it's looking like a straight draw.

We have a few questions for the fixture. Will Ruben Amorim finally win back-to-back games in the Premier League? Will Manchester City lose three in a row? Will Benjamin Šeško finally find the back of the net? Will the Manchester Derby deliver on its promise?

Finally ahead of the weekend, West Ham got a huge win before the break. Can they sustain it when they host Tottenham Hotspur? After the loss before the break, can Spurs bounce back and indeed start their new era with a good win?
