The transfer window will wind down at the end of this month; this means we expect things to happen quickly for some players. However, who are those five players with unresolved futures? Here you go!

Finally, PSG gets Zabarnyi.

Bournemouth could be said to be down to bare bones after PSG reached full agreements with the Cherries to sign defender Ilya Zabarnyi.

It’s been a summer-long tussle, as Bournemouth doesn’t want to part with one of their prized assets after losing Milos Kerkez to Liverpool and Dean Huijsen to Real Madrid, but for a fee of €67m, the Cherries now must comb Europe for a worthy replacement as they begin the new season on Friday.

Alvaro Morata is set to join Como.

Another long tussle has come to an end, with celebrity journeymanAlvaro Morata set to join Cesc Fabregas at Como after a club-to-club agreement was confirmed on Friday.

The Spaniard returns to Italy after a brief spell with Galatasaray, and the Turkish champions will receive a fee of €5m for Morata. One big question is, do we expect Morata to move again next summer? He’s been one of the most travelled footballers, and you wonder if he will stay at Como for a while or not.

Al Nassr to sign Martinez and Coman?

The Saudi side Al Nassr has confirmed the acquisition of Barcelona’s Inigo Martinez on a free transfer. A clause in the Spaniard’s contract made it possible for contract termination, but is Coman joining him?

Bayern Munich’s Kingsley Coman is in talks with Al Nassr, and it looks like an agreement will be reached in the coming days, as the club wants to compete with Al Hilal for the title. Coman is open to the move; this should get over the line before the end of the weekend.

Yoan Wissa insists on Newcastle.

After several rejections, Newcastle finally has a player who is doing everything possible to join them, as Yoan Wissa refuses all contract extension talks at Brentford.

You must feel for the Bees; they lost captain Christian Norgaard to Arsenal, and Bryan Mbeumo ran off to Manchester United without looking back. They lost their manager to Spurs, and now the prospect of losing Wissa to Newcastle is so high. How will they cope in the new season?

If Chelsea gets Garnacho, where does Hojlund end up?

Manchester United is ready to part ways with Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Hojlund, and while there’s clarity on the destination of the Argentine, the latter is still in limbo in that regard.

AC Milan has asked about the possibility of bringing Hojlund back to Italy, but the Dane seems to prioritise staying at Old Trafford. For Garnacho, there’s an agreement in place with Chelsea, and all that is left is for the Blues to agree on terms with United.
