Bosnia striker Edin Dzeko has a move back to Italy after his spells in Turkey with Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce, and he is expected to sign a one-year deal with an option of another year.

After Stefano Pioli left Saudi club Al Nassr, his first priority is to connect with Dzeko, who wants one last hurrah in Europe. Dzeko will earn €1.5m a year on this deal to Fiorentina, and he also has the option of extending by another year.
