As things continue to heat up in the transfer window, we take a look at some of the hot topics, from Chelsea's Joao Pedro capture to Barcelona's search for money.

Thomas Partey leaves Arsenal on a free.

Arsenal can confirm that midfield maestro Thomas Partey has left the club after the two parties disagreed on a new deal.

The Gunners have already agreed on a fee with Brentford for Christian Norgaard, and Martin Zubimendi is expected to join officially this week. Partey is expected to find a new club in the coming days, and he's likely to be in high demand.

Chelsea to sign Joao Pedro for £60m

Despite only recently capturing Liam Delap from Ipswich Town, Chelsea continues to find solutions to their forward problems with the signing of Joao Pedro from Brighton.

The Blues have agreed on a fee of £60m with the Seagulls for Joao Pedro; the Brazilian was axed from the squad after successive suspensions last season and has since fallen out with young manager Fabian Hurzelar.

Gyokeres declares war on Sporting Lisbon.

Swedish striker Viktor Gyokeres has gone on strike and confirmed he won't return to Sporting Lisbon after the club owner reneged on his promises.

The chairman came out to deny agreeing to any fee with Gyokeres or his camp, but the player insists on sharing evidence of the chairman's dishonesty. This one is expected to linger on for long.

Moise Kean on United's wish list

Manchester United has added Fiorentina striker Moise Kean to their wish list amidst the chase for Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo.

Kean looks like a newly born star in the just-concluded season, leading from the front for Fiorentina and throwing himself into the Azzurri mix once again. The Italian is available for £44m and could join United after his failed Everton move in the past.

Tammy Abraham to join Besiktas

Former Chelsea and AC Milan striker Tammy Abraham has agreed on a deal to join Turkish side Besiktas from AS Roma.

The England striker spent last season on loan at Milan and has now agreed to personal terms with Besiktas, while Roma is expected to receive about £17.5m for him. All the best to Tammy in Turkey.
