The English Premier League's third game week has concluded with intriguing outcomes across various grounds. Liverpool continues to be the sole team without a conceded goal, while Manchester City and Liverpool are the only teams remaining with 100% records following their respective victories over the weekend.

The Champions beat West Ham at the London Stadium, with Erling Haaland scoring yet another hattrick; that was his second of the season in just three games. Are we looking for another golden boot with a record number of goals?

Manchester City defeated West Ham, but not without another breach in their defene; this time, it was Ruben Diaz who beat his own keeper off a fierce Jarrod Bowen cutback. You can ignore this, considering that they have won three games without Rodri, while they have lost the games he didn't feature in last season.

Let’s talk about Liverpool, shall we? For the first time in forever, the Kops have won their first three games under a new manager. To make matters even better, Arne Slot is the first Liverpool manager to beat Manchester United at the first time of asking, and guess what? He did it at Old Trafford.

Slot’s strategy isn’t to press high upfield; he is content with winning second balls in the middle, and that was where their opening goal against United came from; Ryan Gravenberch intercepted from Casemiro, who had a horrible game, and the rest is history.

The 3-0 win for Liverpool flattered United, as it could have been worse to be honest. This happened a day after Erik Ten Hag bragged at his press conference that he remains the most successful manager in the league after Pep Guardiola in the last two years. It was a humbling experience in front of the old Trafford fans.

Aside from Erik Ten Hag's woes, Arsenal must be bleeding from the incident on Saturday at the Emirates Stadium; Declan Rice was sent off for a freak touch of the ball while Joel Veltman was preparing to take a free kick, but there were many reasons why Chris Kavanagh should have looked away.

Rice clearly touched the ball slightly to put it out of play, but his decision should have taken into account the incident's location, timing, and the severity of the impact on the game at the time. The sending off gave Brighton the advantage, but Arsenal held on to earn a draw.

Consistency is another issue; Joao Pedro committed the same offense in the first half and did not receive a booking; Veltman kicked Rice harshly and should have also been sent off; Minteh lunged at Martin Odegaard and did not receive a booking; Arsenal fans must feel hard done by Kavanagh as they settled for a point that was laudable following the dismissal of their midfield maestro

Could you provide insight into the thoughts of Everton fans? They led 2-0 with just four minutes left on the clock; their fans who left at that point must be on the street celebrating a win, but Bournemouth scored three times in six minutes to win the game 3-2. Is it safe to throw Everton into the race to the Championship League?
