We go again for hot news from the transfer window, a monstrous offer for Brazilian gem Vini Jr and Zubimendi's no-show lead but, what is happening elsewhere in the market?

The Saudi Pro League has announced a mega offer for Vini Jr.

We understand that the craziest of stories fly around during the transfer window, but no one saw a ridiculous offer from the Saudi Pro League for Brazilian star Vinicius Jr.

We’re hearing the SPL is willing to pay up to €1b to the Real Madrid winger if he joins, as they plan to make him the new face of the Saudi Pro League. Considering the age of Cristiano Ronaldo and their continued quest for relevance, will Vini move for the money?

What's going on in Chelsea?

Chelsea has requested Connor Gallagher to return from Madrid due to the ongoing delays in his move. The collapse of the Samu Omorodion deal has made Gallagher's move contingent on the success of the Spain youth international.

Chelsea maintains that the agreement for the England midfielder to join Atletico Madrid remains intact. However, the Blues need to acquire a player from the Spanish team, which is where Joao Felix enters the picture. A fee of €60 million is currently under discussion; stay tuned.

Zubimendi rejects Liverpool.

After rejecting a move to Barcelona and Arsenal, both without formal bids, Martin Zubimendi has now officially rejected a move to the Premier League to join Liverpool.

Liverpool triggered Zubimendi's release clause, meaning Real Sociedad couldn't stop the move. However, the Spanish international has decided to stay for one more year at his club, leaving Liverpool without a single addition this season.

Marseille signs Wahi and ends Nketiah's chase.

Despite lowering demands for Eddy Nketiah to complete a move to Marseille, the French side opted to go for Lens striker Eyle Wahi for a reported fee of €30 million, including add-ons.

Bournemouth is now asking for the England striker from the Gunners, so expect some interesting news in that regard, with Dominic Solanke going to Spurs. Arsenal seeks a solution to Nketiah’s exit; that is another thing to watch out for ahead of league kickoff on Friday.

Newcastle steps up the Guehi race

Newcastle United is confident that they will finalize the deal for England defender Mark Guehi in the coming days. They have submitted a third bid, reportedly close to the £65 million Crystal Palace is asking for.

Newcastle has seen a bid for Miguel Almiron from MLS side, believing the fund for the winger could help work things out for Guehi who shone brightly for the 3Lions at the 2o24 Euros. With Sven Botman and Jamaal Lascelles out long-term, a deal for Guehi becomes necessary.
