Manchester United is doing big things in the transfer window, preparing to have a better season. Let’s look at a few buzzing deals.

Arsenal has agreed to a Calafiori deal.

Arsenal and Bologna have agreed to a deal for Italian defender Riccardo Calafiori after weeks of negotiations. Calafiori starred for Italy during the group stage of the 2024 Euro Championship in Germany and is now about to earn a move to the Emirates.

Basel and Bologna will now iron out the 50% sell-on clause, which means the Swiss side will earn 50% of the €45 million the Gunners are about to pay. Calafiori will add depth to the defense that won the Golden Glove last season.

Ten Hag settles the rift with Sancho

After successful negotiations with Erik Ten Hag, Jadon Sancho will now return to the first team at Manchester United.

“We spoke well. Everyone can make a  mistake." "We establish boundaries and proceed accordingly." “This club needs good players, and one thing is certain: Jadon is a very good player." “I hope it will click and contribute to our success,” says Ten Hag. The winger spent the second half of last season on loan at BVB.

To join Napoli, Lukaku accepts a pay cut.

Former Inter striker Romelu Lukaku has agreed to a significant pay cut as he hopes to seal a move to Napoli, meaning he is willing to accept a €6 million-a year deal from his previous €11 million.

Napoli continues to find solutions to the destination of Victor Osimhen; PSG is interested in the Nigerian striker and has opened talks with the Italian side, but no agreement is in place yet. Before being able to sign Lukaku, Napoli must ship out Osimhen.

Joel Matip nears the Leverkusen switch

Former Cameroonian international Joel Matip is on the cusp of joining Xabi Alonso’s Bayern Leverkusen after what you can call a successful career at Liverpool.

Matip leaves Liverpool as a free agent with a few offers on the table, including a couple from the Premier League, but Matip prefers to move to the German champions, and the deal is expected to be wrapped up in the coming days.

Cesc Fabregas signs a new long-term Como deal.

Former Arsenal, Barcelona, and Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has signed a new four-year deal as the head coach of Serie A side Como.

Fabregas has signed former Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno, and he is set to add the experienced Rafael Varane to the squad as he prepares for the club’s debut in the Italian top flight. Good luck to the intelligent Spaniard.
