After Jadon Sancho's forceful response to manager Erik Ten Hag's remarks following Manchester United's defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates, it appeared as though his time at Old Trafford was running out.
When Ten Hag decided to leave Sancho out of the team that traveled to and lost against Arsenal the previous weekend, the Dutchman was quick to blame Sancho's unprofessional behavior during practice. The athlete quickly addressed his X account, refuting any suggestion of a lack of focus or discipline during practice.
According to sources, the majority of Manchester United's players may have had enough of the former Manchester City winger and don't feel sorry for him. Additionally, according to sources, Sancho's response has not surprised the players.
Ten Hag is renowned for his brutality and discipline; he once benched Marcus Rashford for arriving late to the practice; also, he had strong opinions about Cristiano Ronaldo prior to the former Real Madrid player's contract expiring.
After the international break, Ten Hag and Sancho are anticipated to speak in person. However, prior to the window closing on Thursday, sources have verified that the club attempted to loan the young player to Saudi Arabia.
The post that Sancho made in response to Ten Hag on X is still pinned at the top of Sancho's timeline and hasn't been removed. Even though Ten Hag has declined to retract any of his remarks, the athlete has no regrets about his answer.
The turmoil at United was exacerbated by the claims of sexual assault against Antony, which led Brazil to drop the former Ajax player. In response to the alleged act, the club has issued a statement, and Antony may have to miss some time until the case is resolved.
