Juventus are waiting for Manchester City official bid.
Ronaldo, who is in the final year of his contract with Juventus, was not part of City's summer plans, but he is being considered after the Premier League champions missed out on England captain Harry Kane from Tottenham.
Significant impediments to any potential deal are Juventus' £25 million asking price for the 36-year-old attacker and his £500,000 weekly salary.
Ronaldo signed for Juventus from Real Madrid in 2018 for a cost in the region of £105 million and has scored 101 goals in 134 appearances, guiding the team win two Serie A crowns, one Coppa Italia trophy, and two Italian Super Cup triumphs.
According to Sky Italia, City are ready to offer Ronaldo a two-year contract worth £12.8 million (€15 million) per season.
At the Allianz Stadium, he currently earns €31 million (£26.6 million) per year after taxes.
Juventus are waiting for Manchester City official bid to arrive in the next hours to reach an agreement as soon as possible. Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave and he won’t be available for next match. 🚫🇵🇹 #Ronaldo

Mendes is now discussing Ronaldo’s contract with Manchester City.
There is still work to be done before a deal can be completed, and time is running out to do so before Tuesday's summer transfer deadline.
Ronaldo wishes to continue playing at the top for as long as possible, however, not everyone at City believes he is the solution to their striking problem.
Juventus, who want to offload Ronaldo before his contract expires next summer, are in advanced talks to sign Moise Kean from Everton. Kean scored 17 goals in 41 games last season while on loan at Paris Saint-Germain.
Meanwhile, Raheem Sterling could be on his way out of Manchester City but Gabriel Jesus is staying as Pep Guardiola wants to keep him, according to reports.
Manchester City are also working on the outgoings to proceed with official bid to sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus. Raheem Sterling could leave Man City if right bid arrives. 🔵🇵🇹 #MCFC
