Manchester United wants to appease fans with Harry Kane

Not for the first time and it’s looking like they mean business now, Manchester United are turning to Harry Kane to appease their angry fans following Sunday’s protest that halted the high profile clash against Liverpool.

ESPN is reporting that outgoing executive vice chairman, Ed Woodward has initiated contacts with Daniel Levy and will negotiate for the 28 year old England striker to swap Tottenham for Old Trafford in the summer.

Mo Salah to PSG?

There are high chances that PSG will be losing either or both of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar Jr in the coming window and the Parisien Club is already making plans for their replacements.

L’equipe is reporting that Liverpool forward, Mohammed Salah is PSG’s choice to replace either of them with Mauricio Pochetino also eyeing Heung Min Son from his former club Tottenham Hotspur, good luck negotiating with Daniel Levy who could also lose Harry Kane in the summer.

City to extend Mahrez’s contract beyond 2023

After firing Manchester City to their first ever UEFA Champions League final against PSG at the Etihad on Tuesday night, Riyad Mahrez is set to be rewarded with an improved two years extension to his contract that was billed to expire in 2023.

Mahrez is in the running for this year’s Africa Player of the Year and will be on hand to help City finish on a high in the league where they’re just a win away from the title and in the UCL final against the winner of the tie between Chelsea and Real Madrid.

Cavani to extend United contract

Following his rich vein of form and improved performances including the semi final first leg against Roma last week, Edison Cavani has done enough to warrant a new deal at Old Trafford.

Earlier touted to be leaving at the end of the season, Cavani’s camp may have decided against leaving and now set to put pens to paper for another year at Manchester United; should the team land the Europa title, set objectives would have been met and a win-win for both parties.

Achraf Hakimi to Bayern Munich heats up

Bayern Munich have signaled interest in Inter Milan right back, Achraf Hakimi and he might also be interested in swapping Serie A for the German Bundesliga.

Arsenal had shown interest in the former Real Madrid hot star but pricing and European football might mean Arsenal doesn’t stand a chance.

With Hector Bellerin set to leave in the summer, the Moroccan would have been an ideal replacement but a lot depends on the Europa semi finals against Villareal
