Neymar signs new contract at PSG until 2025

Neymar has extended his deal with PSG until June 30, 2025.
The Brazil star said the main reason he signed a new contract was because "he is happy" at the French club.
There were rumours suggesting that Neymar wanted to leave PSG with a return to Barcelona.
"I have grown as a person here, as a human being and as a player, too," he told the PSG website.
Neymar was in the last year of his contract at Paris, he signed a five-year deal when he joined PSG for a world-record £200m fee in 2017.
The 29-year old has scored 85 goals with 51 assists in 112 appearances for Paris St-Germain.
Although, his relationship with the club's fans have been bittersweet and he was booed when he publicly tried to facilitate a move back to Barcelona in 2019.
Speaking about his personal development as a professional - What Neymar said
"I have learned a lot. Things have happened that should not have happened," he said.
"We had fights, a few sad times, but I am happy and proud to be part of the history of Paris St-Germain.
"I hope to put many more trophies on the shelf for PSG."
PSG are chasing a fourth Ligue 1 title in a row and are currently four points behind league leaders Lille with a game in hand.
