Every football fan around the world argues about who is better between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, the debate always comes up. Well, Cristiano Ronaldo has decided to explain the difference between him and Lionel Messi.

Ronaldo said that the difference between him and the Argentina captain is that the Portuguese captain has "won the Champions League with different clubs".

The Juventus attacker spoke to DAZN in their 'Making Of' series saying, "The difference with Messi is that I played for several clubs and won the Champions League with different clubs,"

"I was top scorer in the Champions League six seasons in a row. There aren't many players who won five Champions League trophies, so this is why I feel that I can identify myself with this tournament."

Cristiano Ronaldo has won five Champions League titles, he won the first one in 2008 with Manchester United and won four with Real Madrid between 2014-2018.

While Lionel Messi has won four Champions League titles at Barcelona, Messi last lifted the European trophy in 2015.
