When the team news for the Capital One Cup between Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspurs were announced, Arsenal fans took to social media to vent their anger on the selection of Flamini and Arteta to pair in the midfield.

Well, things changed drastically as the match went on; Flamini scored two goals with a wonderful volley golazo for the second goal to give Arsenal the win over their rivals.
