Raheem Sterling calls in sick, fails turn up for Liverpool training
Raheem Sterling is really frustrating the Liverpool management with his excuses, he told the club he has no intention of joining the pre-season tour of Malaysia and Australia - which leaves on Sunday.
He took it further on Wednesday morning by calling the club, claiming he is 'too sick' to resume training.
Due to this development, the Anfield team will have to send in their medical team to assess the 20-year old attacking midfielder to be sure if he is telling the truth or this is part of his rebellion act.
The England international is liable for severe disciplinary action from the club if they find out his actions are designed to force through a transfer.
Sterling refused to sign a new contract at Liverpool which triggered speculation that he will move to Arsenal or Manchester City, with the former been the most likely destination.
Liverpool want £50m for Sterling.
Let's see how this saga unfolds...
