Juventus CEO confirms that Juventus rejected Paul Pogba €80m bid from Barcelona
Juventus president Guiseppe Marotta confirmed yesterday that Juventus have rejected an €80 million bid from Barcelona for Paul Pogba.
He told Gazzetta della Sport that: “We received an offer of €80 million but I can affirm that Pogba will not be sold.”
This is contrary to the claims by Barcelona based news paper Sport, that Barcelona have reached an agreement with Juventus to sign the French midfielder.
It must be remembered that Barcelona are under a transfer ban, but, while they can’t register new players, they can technically sign players and play them from January onwards.
