Man United close to signing Benfica playmaker Nico Gaitan [A Bola]

According to reports in Portugal, Manchester United are favorites to sign Nico Gaitan from Benfica and most likely Bebe will move to Benfica as part of the deal.

Portugese newspaper A Bola reports that Nico Gaitan could finally leave the Portugese for the English Premier League this summer.

The 26-year-old was a key member of Jorge Jesus' treble-winning side in 2013-14, so he won't come cheap.

But United will offer misfit Bebe to the Portuguese champions to sweeten the deal.

Bebe has failed to settle at Old Trafford, but spent last year on loan at Pacos de Ferreira, where he scored 12 goals in 27 appearances.
