If there's anything an average football fan fears the most, it's injury to players on international break. It's only one week into the extended international break, and players are already succumbing to injuries.

From Arsenal's Kai Havertz, who went down in Jurgen Klopp's debut as the Germany national team manager against the Netherlands, to Bryan Brobbey, who went down in the same game to injury, the list keeps growing much to the dismay of club managers.

Representing national teams is a dream for every player, but the consequences typically follow international breaks. The number of games these players have to play every year is increasingly becoming alarming.

Kylian Mbappe, Cody Gakpo, Alexander Isak, and Manchester United's Patrick Dorgu have all left their respective camps for treatment. How will club managers deal with the challenges of their players' injuries?

Away from the injury crisis hitting clubs, it's interesting how the players we used to watch are now the ones taking to the dugouts across countries. Zinedine Zidane is now the head coach for Les Bleus, and Xavi Hernández is now the head coach for the Oranje.

Slaven Bilic has returned to Croatia, and Roberto Mancini has returned to Italy too. Van Bommel has taken over at Belgium, and he looks like the real deal with their opening game success away in Rome against Italy.

We can't wait for the Euros to see how these top-class players square up at the international level. Klopp suffered a shock home defeat to Greece on Sunday; the former Liverpool man has two more games this window to get his team settled. Let's see how he fares in the games.

Finally, the Manchester City elephant is still in the room. The Cityzens are waiting for the official verdict of the independent body that is in charge of their 115 charges. Initial reports say they're guilty of most of the charges, but what will their punishment look like?

Will Manchester City be stripped of three titles? Will the Cityzens be docked points, or will they be expelled from the Premier League? This is unprecedented. No one can say for sure what is coming, but the signs are not good for Manchester City.
