The FA Cup fifth round took center stage from Friday and is expected to end on Monday with Brentford's trip across town to West Ham.

Friday and Saturday already produced four quarter-finalists, with Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester City all booking their respective places in the last eight. Sunday and Monday will produce the other four teams.

It wasn't pretty for Arsenal at Mansfield. The League Two side took the game to the Premier League log leaders, with the game pegged at 1-1 shortly after halftime, but Mikel Arteta rang changes to take the game away from the hosts.

Noni Madueke fired the Gunners in front late in the first half, but the hosts leveled after a sloppy pass was intercepted in the Arsenal area. Eberechi Eze came off the bench to fire in what proved to be the winner.

Chelsea survived a huge scare as Hollywood-backed side Wrexham gave the Blues something to think about. Chelsea had to come back from behind twice to force the game into extra time.

Wrexham had a player sent off before Alejandro Garnacho and Joao Pedro found the back of the net on either side of the break in extra time. Wrexham can now focus on its quest for a fifth straight promotion.

Manchester City came from behind to beat Newcastle at St. James's Park. Harvey Barnes fired the hosts in front before Savinho leveled to leave the score at 1-1 heading into the break. Omar Marmoush netted a second-half brace to hand the Cityzens a quarterfinal ticket.

On Sunday, it's the Premier League against the Championship, as Fulham, Sunderland, and Leeds United face Southampton, Port Vale, and Norwich City, respectively. Are we about to see some shocks, as the FA Cup typically serves?

The quarterfinal draw will take place on Sunday, and the final game of the round will be at the London Stadium, with Brentford visiting West Ham. Arsenal and Manchester City continue to hang on to their unprecedented quadruple hopes.
