As fans of Leeds United screamed at Arsenal players on Saturday, chanting "You will f**k it up," the Gunners responded with four goals that silenced the entire Elland Road.

Arsenal's game is mature now, and you have a sense of a likely happy ending to their campaign this season. Having finished second three consecutive seasons, this might end positively for Mikel Arteta and his lads.

Not many teams go to Elland Road and get the crowd subdued. Immediately after Martin Zubimendi headed home from a Noni Madueke cross, it never felt like the hosts had anything to offer, and they barely tested David Raya in the Arsenal goal.

Bukayo Saka limped off during the warm-up; Madueke came in for him and delivered as much as one would have expected Saka to do. This is the hallmark of this new Arsenal side. Is there any stopping the Gunners?

Arsenal went into the weekend sitting above everyone else but only with four points, but after the weekend, the lead has been extended to six points, and it looks like it will only get wider from here on.

Liverpool and Chelsea won their respective games on Saturday, while Manchester United held its grip on fourth place with a great win at home against Fulham. It was a win that was snatched from the jaws of a draw after Fulham's late resurgence.

Manchester City was forced to a 2-2 draw by Tottenham. When do they find ways to beat Spurs? The two points dropped could be important at the end of the day, as they now have to chase the Gunners with only 14 games left to play.

At the tail end, West Ham lost a two-goal lead against Chelsea. The Chelsea boss, Liam Rosenior, rotated his side roundly with the midweek game against Arsenal in mind, but it was his second-half changes that won the game for him.

This means the Hammers are still deeply rooted in the drop zone with Wolves, who lost against Bournemouth. Burnley will travel to the Midlands to face Sunderland on Monday; that is another fixture that will define things at the bottom.
