Another weekend is here; it's time to look at the upcoming games in the Premier League, reflect on some past fixtures, and arrive at the questions for the weekend.

Today, ahead of game week 7 in the Premier League, we start with Nottingham Forest. Another loss in the Europa League against Danish side FC Midtjylland, in front of the City Ground fans, shows all is not well with Ange Postecoglou; it's been a difficult start.

On the back of his seventeen losses last season in the league with Tottenham, can his signing be justified? Evangelos Marinakis was quick to mention his Europa League triumph, but is Postecoglou the man to help Forest forward?

Still on Forest and their Australian manager, a trip to Newcastle is up next on Sunday before the international break. Two teams with different outcomes in Europe and different motivations – is Forest primed to lose again?

Chelsea will be home to Liverpool this weekend, and that is the marquee fixture of game week 7. It's tough to say which Chelsea will turn up, but, despite the troubles of Liverpool in recent games, the champions are still the clear favourite for this one.

Both sides have had their struggles in the past few games, and you won't be wrong to say none of them has been convincing so far. Liverpool's late goal luck was always going to run out at some point, and now, they must face reality.

Will Chelsea complete the game with eleven men after getting a man sent off in their last three games? How will Liverpool cope if Hugo Ekitike's injury is serious? The Van Dijk and Ibrahim Konate partnership isn't delivering; will they concede again this weekend?

Finally, we can't ask weekend questions without talking about Ruben Amorim and his Manchester United lads. Sunderland isn't joking with their survival quest; can United find a way past them?

Amorim's stat in the Premier League is damning, and this game could be pivotal to his continued employment at Old Trafford. Will Ruben Amorim survive the Black Cats test this weekend, or will there be a new face in the United dugout after the international break?
