The Champions League final is done; up next is the Club World Cup, and one juicy part of that is the return of the famous transfer window.

Liverpool is moving swiftly and incredibly too, with a mega bid for Florian Wirtz having sealed the deal for fullbacks from Leverkusen and Bournemouth. Let's take a look at major deals happening across Europe.

Chelsea hopes to tidy up the Jadon Sancho deal.

The Conference League champions are interested in signing Jadon Sancho permanently from Manchester United, but the agreement is hinged on salary.

The Blues want to negotiate a reasonable salary with the England winger, which would see him earn less than his contract at Old Trafford. If they can't reach a mutual conclusion, Sancho will return to United with a compensation package.

Postecoglou out of the door at Spurs?

The position of Ange Postecoglou has always been uncertain, and winning the Europa League hasn't changed that, given their 17th-place finish in the league.

Word on the street is that Marco Silva of Fulham and Thomas Frank of Brentford have been lined up as possible replacements for the Aussie. Will the latter survive Daniel Levy's axe?

Brentford seals Kelleher deal.

Brentford has swiftly replaced their outgoing goalkeeper Mark Flekken with Liverpool's backup CaoimhĂn Kelleher.

Brentford sold Flekken to Bayer Leverkusen for £10m and reinvested the entire money and more into an £18m deal for Kelleher. The latter was a solid backup at Anfield, winning two titles in the process.

United confirm Cunha deal

Manchester United has sealed the deal for Wolves' forward Mattheus Cunha for a fee believed to be around £62.5m.

United triggered the Brazilian's release clause, moving quickly before other teams jumped on the deal. Despite their failures to reach Europe, United is proving to be a strong force in the market regardless.

Manchester City set to land Ryan Cherki

Olympique Lyon has confirmed that their mercurial midfielder Ryan Cherki is on his way to Manchester City after they agreed on a deal to sign the Frenchman.

The youngster shone brightly for Lyon last season and was part of the team that troubled United in the quarter-finals of the Europa League. For a fee of £35m, Cherki is coming at a huge bargain.
