The Club World Cup starts this weekend,, and it means the transfer window reopens shortly after; lots are happening, players are moving, and and coaches are switching dugouts too. Here are the cream of the bunch.

Gattuso to replace Spalletti?

Juliano Spalletti has left his position as the head coach of the Italian national team after an underwhelming spell;; however, talks of Claudio Ranieri replacing him havee cooled off.

News coming out of Italy suggests that former AC Milan maestro Gennaro Gattuso has been offered the role,, and he will become the next coach of the Azzurris. This is expected to be resolved quickly; it it would be fun to see how the erratic Gattuso handles this project.

Fenerbahce eyes Walker signing..

Kyle Walker will leave Manchester City this summer, but to where? After a rather unsuccessful loan spell at AC Milan, Walker is now being courted by Turkish side Fenerbahce.

Jose Mourinho has spoken to the player and would expect him to join what he’s building in Turkey,, and with a hugege wage standing in Walker’s way of getting a top European club, he could be lining up at Fenerbahce next season.

Pogba set to return with Monaco

AS Monaco has reached a verbalal agreement with former Manchester United and Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba on a free transfer,, with this expected to be wrapped up in the coming days.

The French side wants Ansu Fati as well, and Barcelona won’t stop the embattled forward from seeking a move away after a turbulent past few seasons. Pogba is expected to sign a 3-year contract at Monaco; keep an eye on this one.

Nico Williams waits on Barca.

Nico Williams’ agent met with Barcelona on Friday to discuss the possibility of the Spain winger joining the Catalonia giants, but nothing has been agreed upon yet.

Barcelona sealed the deal for Joan Garcia on Friday and now must move to their next targets. Nico Williams met with Bayern Munich, who are quite interested in his services, and Arsenal’s interest is well documented too; however, the Spaniard is waiting on what Barcelona has to offer.

Mbeumo to snub United for Spurs?

Bryan Mbeumo already agreed to terms with Manchester United, and it looked like everyone was waiting on a club-to-club agreement, but all that may have changed with Thomas Frank in the mix.

Tottenham has announced the former Brentford man as their new manager, and he has spoken to Mbeumo about joining him at Spurs, something that interests the Cameroonian. Could Manchester United be on the verge of losing their key player?
