As we dive deep into the transfer window, we look at some top deals, brewing rumors, and potential transfers from all around the world of football.

Manchester United reject Hammers' bid for Maguire. McTominay

West Ham has seen their £60 million bid for the duo of Harry Maguire and Scott McTominay, with Manchester United asking for £20 million more. Maguire has fallen off the pecking order at United, with Lisandro Martinez, Rafael Varane, and Victor Lindelof ahead of him, while McTominay isn’t seen as being good enough for next-level football.

Tottenham rejects Bayern’s bid for Kane.

Bayern Munich has been left frustrated by Daniel Levy’s attitude in their bid to sign England striker Harry Kane. The Bundesliga champions submitted a mega deal worth £110 million, but the Tottenham owner refused to respond. We understand Bayern has been informed that their player is not for sale, but would Spurs prefer to lose Kane for free?

Al Hilal ups bid for Verratti

PSG could well part ways with Italian midfielder Marco Verratti after Saudi club Al Hilal raised their budget from €35 million to €45 million. Personal terms are not an issue with the player, as he’s willing to move, but the French champions want more for their star player. Al Hilal will wait on PSG for a response, as they hope to tidy up the deal before the end of the week.

Nottingham Forest to continue talks for Henderson

Nottingham Forest will meet with Manchester United again this week to present a new proposal for Dean Henderson. The United goalkeeper spent last season on loan with Steve Cooper’s side, but United want upwards of £40 million for their man. Matt Turner is expected to be a Forest player in the coming days as well, and his first game could well be a game against Arsenal.

City won’t negotiate for Bernardo Silva.

Manchester City has made it clear to PSG that the club will not be listening to any offer for their Portuguese playmaker, Bernardo Silva. PSG wants to add the former Monaco man to their ranks, and it looks like Bernardo Silva doesn’t mind the move, but Manchester City has tabled a new offer for their man, and they’re confident he will not refuse.
