As we dive deep into the transfer window, we look at some top deals, brewing rumors, and potential transfers from all around the world of football.

Ndidi to join his Nigerian brothers at Forest?

Despite helping Leicester City past Tranmere Rovers on Tuesday in the Carabao Cup with the opening goal, Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi could well be on his way to Premier League side Nottingham Forest. With the transfer window closing in two days, Forest has submitted a bid for Ndidi, and he could be joining Taiwo Awoniyi, Ola Aina, and Emmanuel Dennis at Forest.

Chelsea adds Cole Palmer to the wish list.

When it rains at Chelsea, it pours, and as things stand, the Blues have identified Manchester City attacking talent Cole Palmer as their next target. Armando Broja is injured, and Romelu Lukaku isn’t in Mauricio Pochettino’s plans. Pep Guardiola had said he wasn’t sure about Palmer’s future, and that must have encouraged Chelsea as they plan to submit a bid imminently.

Matteo Guendouzi is set to join Lazio.

Former Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi will be a Lazio player before the end of the transfer window, according to his agent. The French youngster has fallen out of the pecking order at Olympique Marseille and is no longer in the plans of the manager, but Lazio wants him, and despite training with Marseille up until Wednesday, he is believed to be on his way to Italy.

Hugo Ekitike to leave PSG?

The situation with Hugo Ekitike at PSG is getting dramatic, and he just might be on his way to German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt. The Frenchman wants regular playing time, and with the arrival of Goncalo Ramos and Ousmane Dembele, his chances are now limited. PSG is also believed to be interested in Randall Kolo Mouani, so is there a swap deal in the offing?

Palace to unveil Dean Henderson today

Crystal Palace has completed the signing of Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson for a reported fee of £15 million, with potential £5 million add-ons on performance-related terms. Sam Johnstone has been the man in between the sticks for the Eagles since the season started with Vincente Guiata refusing to train. That is sorted, and Henderson will be unveiled today.
