As we dive deep into the transfer window, we look at some top deals, brewing rumours, and potential transfers from all around the world of football.

Joao Felix to join Barcelona

Portuguese forward Joao Felix has agreed to join Barcelona on loan with an option to buy after a long negotiation with Atletico Madrid.

Joao Felix spent last season on loan at Chelsea and showed glimpses of his quality despite how horrendous the season was for the Blues.

Joao Felix has always wanted Barcelona, and for a €7-8 million loan fee, he’s about to get his wish.

Michael Olise extends with Palace

Chelsea fans had gone to town to celebrate the acquisition of highly-rated Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise, but news broke out on Thursday to confirm that the player has renewed with the Eagles for another four years.

Chelsea had triggered his €40 million release clause, but the Blues failed to reach an agreement with the youngster.

Theo Walcott hangs his football boot

Former Arsenal winger Theo Walcott has announced his retirement from football with immediate effect following Southampton’s relegation.

Walcott scored 129 goals in 563 club appearances and also found the net eight times in 47 appearances for the Three Lions of England.

It can be argued that Walcott didn’t live up to his potential, but he has now called it quits, and we wish him all the best for the future.

Gabri Veiga to join Napoli from Celta

Highly-rated midfield sensation Gabri Veiga has agreed to join Napoli on a permanent basis from Celta Vigo.

The youngster helped Celta avoid relegation last season and was on the list of many top clubs, but the Italian champions have reached an agreement with Celta Vigo for €36 million and will join Napoli in the coming days.

Tyler Adams joins Bournemouth

One moment he was off to Chelsea after the Blues triggered his release clause.

The next he was going to Brighton to replace Moises Caicedo, but now we can confirm that American midfielder Tyler Adams is going to AFC Bournemouth. Adams is set to undergo medicals with the Cherries on Friday ahead of a permanent move from Leeds United.
