The current longest-serving player at Manchester United could be bidding the club goodbye after news emerged on Tuesday of the club’s refusal to continue negotiations with the Spaniard.

It was believed that the shot-stopper agreed on a massive pay cut with the Red Devils, only for United to back out of negotiations. The player is livid, and that could signal an end to his time at Manchester United’s Old Trafford.

What are the options for Manchester United? A deal for Andre Onana could be on the cards after news from multiple outlets suggested United’s concrete interests in the Cameroonian, but David Raya is another option despite his £40 million asking price.

Portuguese goalkeeper Diego Costa is another name United could be interested in, but another important news item is that the club is willing to listen to offers for Dean Henderson, who spent last season on loan at Nottingham Forest.

David De Gea could be on his way out of Manchester United after his contract expires this weekend, and he could well be another name to be linked with a move on a free transfer to the oil-rich nation of Saudi Arabia.
