The transfer window is in full swing, and from Harry Kane to Declan Rice and more, we bring you the peak of the bunch from the incomings and outgoings.

Rice will join Arsenal

Arsenal fans were made to panic a bit on Thursday following news that Manchester City could be interested in Declan Rice after Arsenal had an opening bid rejected by the Hammers.

Rice fancies Arsenal and would pick the Gunners over any other team, according to his agent, and Arsenal are reported to have submitted a second bid close enough to West Ham’s ask.

Napoli announced Garcia as Spalletti’s successor

Seria Champions SS Napoli have announced Rudi Garcia as their new manager following the exit of title-winning head coach Luciano Spalletti.

Garcia is joining the champions on the back of his second-place finish with Al Nasr in Saudi Arabia, the club that has Cristiano Ronaldo on its roster.

He also has AS Roma, Lyon, and Marseille on his fairly rich CV.

City close in on Gvardiol

Croatian star defender Jvosko Gvardiol is on the verge of joining Manchester City after the Premier League champions agreed personal terms with the player’s camp.

The RB Liepzig defender has caught the eye of many with his resolute defending, and with Aymeric Laporte set to leave Manchester City, Gvardiol is on the cards to replace him.

What are they smoking at Tottenham?

Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday submitted a £50 million total bid for the duo of James Madison and Harvey Barnes of Leicester City.

You don’t need anyone to tell you how the Foxes feel about the derogatory bid. Relegation does some harm to price tags, but Barnes alone is significantly worth more than the Spurs bid. Interesting days ahead.

Chelsea to beat Arsenal to the Caicedo deal

Arsenal’s Ricedo dream may have come to an end too early after news broke out on Thursday that the Blues have advanced with their talks on signing the Brighton defensive midfielder on a permanent basis and meeting the Seagulls' asking price won’t be a problem.

Arsenal attempted to get the player in January, but Brighton stood firm against selling.
