Kim Min-Jae's entourage denies deal with Manchester United. South Korean defender still considering his options.
Reports that Kim Min-Jae has agreed to a deal to join Manchester United have been denied by the South Korean defender's entourage.
The 27-year-old has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for several months, with the Red Devils looking to strengthen their defence ahead of the 2023–2024 season.
However, Kim Min-Jae's representatives have now said that there is no agreement in place and that the player is still considering his options.
"It's not true that a deal is closed with Manchester United," Kim Min-Jae's agent told Star News Korea. "There is no hurry for the future. United have been interested in Kim since he was in China, we only spoke but I repeat: there has been no concrete contact."
Kim Min-Jae joined Napoli from Fenerbahçe in July 2022 and has made 24 appearances in Serie A this season. He is a regular for the South Korean national team and has won 47 caps.

It remains to be seen whether Manchester United will be able to sign Kim, but the club's interest in the defender is a sign that they are serious about strengthening their defence.
It will be interesting to see how this saga develops in the coming weeks and months.
