The January transfer window is in full swing and with Chelsea tapping Mhykalo Murdryk from the grasp of Arsenal and United confirming Wout Werghorst, we look at other transfer news from the brewing ones down to the confirmed news.

Westham confirms Ings signing

Troubled Westham has announced the signing of Danny Ings from Aston Villa on a permanent basis for an undisclosed fee.

The Hammers seek to halt a horrible run of results that has seen them mix it at the bottom of the premier league table and a proven goal scorer like Ings could be the spark they need to revive their season with Gianluca Scamacca and Michail Antonio struggling.

Arsenal sign Trossard from Brighton

The Murdryk debacle is well and truly behind the Gunners now as they have rallied to confirm the signing of Brighton star Leandro Trossard after the Belgian forward fell out with manager Roberto De Zerbi.

Arsenal sits on top of the premier league table and would wish they stay there till the end of the season; the best way to have a chance is to reinforce and the Gunners are now trying to wrap up a deal for another defender from Spezia as well as midfield options.

Chelsea confirms Noni Madueke deal

The trolley dash at Chelsea doesn’t look like stopping anytime soon with the confirmation of the arrival of PSV winger Noni Madueke after a successful medical.

Chelsea continues to add bodies despite the manager coming out to question the signings. Madueke is a left-footed right winger who has made strong marks in the Dutch Eredivisie and would look to continue in England but he will have to wait for his opportunities.

Chris Wood joins Forest on loan

Nottingham Forest has risen above the drop zone but they’re not safe yet; despite buying up to twenty-two players in the summer, the new boys are still adding bodies.

Chris Wood has joined on loan from Newcastle with an option of a permanent contract if certain terms are fulfilled. Forest already has four strikers and Wood is expected to lead the line going forward; Newcastle welcomes Isak back from injury and Callum Wilson is typically the first choice.

Everton to sign Arnaut Danjuma

Former Bournemouth winger Arnaut Danjuma is in the UK to complete a shock move to Everton following an agreement of personal terms.

Villareal has accepted the terms from Everton and the Nigerian-born Dutchman will join the Toffees on a permanent basis. Everton needs to rise on the table, Frank Lampard’s side has endured a torrid first half of the season and they won’t mind a new lease of life going forward.
