Frenkie de Jong and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could both join Chelsea if Barcelona let them leave this month, according to sky sports.
Last month, Manchester United agreed to pay £72m for the signing of Frenkie de Jong, but he is owed £17m in unpaid wages and won't leave until he is paid.
Barcelona want him to stay, but only if he agrees to take a big pay cut and pay £6 million to settle his unpaid wages.
Chelsea are willing to match United's offer of £72 million, but unlike United, they can offer Frenkie de Jong a spot in the Champions League.
Aubameyang joined Barcelona for free in January. His contract has three more years to go.
Thomas Tuchel hasn't said much about Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in public, but he wants to work with him again because he helped him score 79 goals in two seasons at Borussia Dortmund.
Tuchel wants to sign a centre back and a forward this month.
Chelsea is getting more and more confident that they can sign Leicester defender Wesley Fofana and is making a third offer.
Leicester do not want to sell Fofana, but if they were offered close to £80 million, it would be hard for them to say no.
Cesare Casadei, 19, is a midfielder for Inter Milan. They want £12 million for him, even though he hasn't played for their first team yet.
This transfer window, Chelsea are buying players for both this season and the years to come.
They bought Carney Chukwuemeka, an 18-year-old midfielder from Aston Villa for £20 million last week.
They also got 18-year-old players Gabriel Slonina, a goalkeeper from Chicago Fire, and Omari Hutchinson, a winger from Arsenal.
