It’s that time of the season where everyone monitors breaking news and player movements, we bring to you the peak of the bunch as team try to bolster their squad ahead of the new season.

PSG open to massive clear out

There are rumors that PSG will try to jump on the Robert Lewandowski transfer if Barcelona doesn’t close the deal soon but the French champions are also open to listening to offers for a host of players currently on the club’s wage bill.

The likes of Georgino Wijnaldum, Mauro Icardi, Presnel Kimpembe, Layzin Kurzawa, Danilo, Ander Herrera and Julian Draxler are all on the transfer list as far PSG are concerned and will not hesitate to allow any of them go if the right offer arrives.

Raheem Sterling to join Chelsea for a rumored 60m Euros

It is done and dusted, Raheem Sterling will leave Manchester City to join Chelsea and the official announcement could be out as early as Monday after both clubs agreed to a £50m deal and the 27-year-old will sign a five-year deal.

Chelsea are also due to be back at the Etihad for one of their own as the Blues try to bring back Nathan Ake to the Stamford Bridge stadium where he left for Bournemouth in 2016. The departures of notable defenders meant Chelsea must reinforce and Ake is the next target.

Brentford nicks Hickey, plots Eriksen replacement

Brentford survived at the first time of asking in the premier league but they don’t want to ever be involved in the relegation dogfight ever again hence the strong reinforcement in the market and as they’re well known, they go after players that suit their style with a data-driven transfer.

Aaron Hickey has joined from Bologna having been scouted by Arsenal for long and following the departure of Christian Eriksen, Brentford now want high profile replacement and will rival MLS and Westham for the signature of Jesse Lingard.

Roma wants Zaha

Crystal Palace have had the chance to offload Wilfred Zaha for a much higher fee in the past but decided to keep him as he’s integral to their plans but Jose Mourinho has asked for him and the London club might not have much choices considering the Ivorian doesn’t want to renew.

There’s a thing for Black players with Mourinho and Zaha is just the latest of players he’s trying to drag to his Roma project; Henrikh Mhikitaryan left for Inter Milan and the Portuguese manager has spotted Zaha as his replacement.

Napoli insist trio not for sale

Napoli does not want to sell any of Victor Osimhen, Fabian Ruiz and Khalidou Khoulibaly despite all three seeking moves away from Naples this transfer window.

Osimhen is highly sought-after but anyone interested will have to come up with a bid in the region of £80m to tempt Napoli to sell while the club hints they have found a large captain’s arm band for their Senegalese defender. Ruiz is wanted by Arsenal but can the Gunners negotiate him away from Napoli?
