The transfer window is here, league season ends this weekend with Conference League final to come in midweek as well as the champions league final. We look at trending stories across leagues.

 

Mbappe runs Real Madrid street

Word on the street says PSG speedstar, Kyllian Mbappe may have run a fast one on champions league finalists, Real Madrid after reportedly agreeing a new deal with his current club.

It was widely believed a couple of days ago that the Frenchman already agreed a deal with the Los Blancos but is now as clear as day that Mbappe will stay at PSG after being offered a mega deal, said to be in the regions of £300k per week and a bumper sign on fee, considering his current contract expires in the coming days.

 

Spurs debunk food poison rumors

Tottenham Hotspur were said to have suffered a good poison crisis on Friday with club legend Gary Lineker tweeting the story, but Antonio Conte has denied the story, saying everything is fine and everyone that featured in their last game will be available.

Harry Kane was unwell only for a day but he will be available to power Spurs into the champions league away at relegated Norwich. The advantage is with Spurs now after Arsenal capitulated at Newcastle on Monday night.

 

Paul Pogba returns to Turin

Some teams have it bad in terms of transfer situations but the case of Manchester United is probably the worst after news broke out on Saturday that Frenchman Paul Pogba has agreed to join Juventus on a free transfer when his Old Trafford contract expires in the summer.

The injured Pogba last played for United in Early April and has played his last game for the club with only one game remaining. Pogba joined Manchester United for a mega £87m from Juventus and is now rejoining the Old Lady for free for the second time I'm his United career.

 

City targets Phillips, Cucurella

Manchester City are already planning their summer deals after they secured the signature of Norwegian hot shot Erling Braut Haaland. City are reported to have fingered Brighton left back Marc Cucurella and Leeds defensive midfielder, Kalvin Phillips.

Cucurella has caught the eyes of the champions with his sensational display with the Seagulls and City will not hesitate to jump with weaknesses quite obvious on their left side of the defense. Leeds United will not resist City's approach for Phillips especially if they go down.
