Chelsea are through to the semi-finals of the Champions League for the first time in seven years after they conquer Porto despite a late incredible overhead kick from Medhi Taremi.
The London club went into this second leg last-eight tie with a two-goal advantage which they were able to protect until the dying seconds following Taremi's fantastic goal.
Chelsea were in control of the match and made the Portuguese team suffer as they failed to test Mendy in goal for the Blues.
Thomas Tuchel's side now waiting for the winner of Liverpool or Real Madrid in the semi-finals.
Taremi's goal was against the run of play and came too late as Porto's cautious approach saw them knocked out of the Champions League.
