Romelu Lukaku is a transfer target for Chelsea
Unprecedented but Chelsea are looking in the directions of their former striker, Romelu Lukaku should they fail in their bid to land Haaland from BVB (Source: Various)

Transfer bits... Everyday we update the list of the top targets by clubs around the world

Another transfer window, another Sancho conundrum

There’s always a Borussia Dortmund player in the mix, if it’s not Haaland, it will be Musiala or the usual suspect, yes you guessed right, England forward Jadon Sancho!

The former Manchester City winger was always in the news with links to Manchester United but as it didn’t happen last summer and in the winter window, news have it this morning that the Old Trafford outfit will land their man finally this summer with a $135m bit which should do the trick.

PSG tickles Arsenal fans with interest in Martin Odegaard

Look away Arsenal fans, this won’t make you smile… PSG said on Tuesday of their strong admiration for on loan Real Madrid midfielder, Martin Odegaard and would meet Madrid’s evaluation of the kid sensation who has lit up the premier league since joining Arsenal on loan in January.

This only means one thing should the interests from Paris be true, Arsenal can’t possibly match PSG wit for wit when it comes to cheque books, if Zidane retains his seat at Madrid, and Luca Modic stays for another year, then Odegaard will be off to the highest bidder and that won’t be Arsenal.

Harry Kane to City

Erling Haaland will be the first choice for Manchester City as they plan for a long term replacement for Sergio Aguero but the £600,000-a-week evaluation of the Norwegian might send them in a familiar direction…

Harry Kane wouldn’t want to end his career without a trophy to celebrate, he knows he can’t win anything at Spurs, if City comes calling, it’s a no-brainer and he wouldn’t think twice as long as the Citizens can negotiate with Daniel Levy… This will be fun.

Ibrahima Konate to join Liverpool in the summer

Dayot Upamecano may have stolen the headline as the most in-demand center back in the world but Ibrahima Konate is the hottest bride and the RB Leipzig defender is on his way to Liverpool after RMC confirmed all talks are concluded with the reigning premier league champions.

Liverpool suffered lots of defensive crisis this season and that remains one major reason they won’t retain their title, Ozan Kabak joined on loan from Schalke 04 in January but hasn’t proven real difference with Liverpool still shipping goals; Konate will join in the summer to add depth and quality.

Lukaku to Chelsea

Not for the first time but various news outlets are reporting that Thomas Tuchel will ask Chelsea to try to sign Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan if Roman Abrahamovic fails with his attempt to land Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund.

The former Chelsea striker wasn’t given the opportunity to prove his worth at Stamford Bridge with loans to WestBrom and Everton before being sold to Manchester United where he struggled to be appreciated by fans before landing at Inter Milan, things happen quickly in football but this would be a strange revert if the Belgian lands in England again.
