Chelsea are into the FA Cup semi-finals after a tough home win against Sheffield United.
The eight-time winners opened the scoring with some luck as Blades midfielder Oliver Norwood turned ben Chilwell's low cross into his own net.
Sheffield goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale was in fine form as he made brilliant saves to stop Christian Pulisic twice and Callum Hudson-odoi was wasteful in front of the goal as the hosts looked to wrap things up.
Captain David Mcgoldrick missed a chance to equalise as he heads wide from close-range following a John Lundstram's cross from the right-wing.
Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrisabalaga also saved from Olivier Mcburnie as the visitors were pushing for a goal.
But Hakim Ziyech scored with a brilliant finish late in the game after a counter-attack to send the blues into the last four for the fourth time in five seasons.
