Chelsea fans react as Man City avoids transfer ban (Best tweets)
Premier League champions Manchester City have escaped a transfer ban after FIFA fined them £315,000 for breaching international transfer and registration of players under the age of 18.
There has been an uproar on twitter as Chelsea fans are surprised that Man city avoided the ban while Chelsea are currently serving a one-year transfer ban and fined more than £460,000 in February for the same offence.
Here are some of the best reactions on twitter concerning this transfer ban saga:

Do some research before you complain on Twitter : City got fined for mishandling the singing of one youngster before they were warned by FIFA (and stopped afterwards).
Chelsea did the same for 29 players.. #CFC #MCFC
So Chelsea get a transfer ban but meanwhile @ManCity get a £20 fine??? Double standards. pic.twitter.com/kMw580jAGa— #⚽️💙Chelsea4life (@patgeez) August 13, 2019
