Team news

Mesut Ozil and Sead Kolasinac are available for selection after Unai Emery said they are "100 percent" mentally ready after they both missed out of the win at Newcastle last weekend.

Granit Xhaka is a doubt as he is nursing a bruise on his leg and back, meanwhile, new signings Nicolas Pepe, David Luiz, and Dani Ceballos will be working hard to make the starting line-up

Danny Drinkwater is still struggling with match fitness after spending most of last season without playing active football at Chelsea.

Charlie Taylor is available for selection but Sean Dyche could be tempted to play new boy Erik Pieters from the start as the former Stoke City defender impressed in last weekend's victory at Southampton.

Steven Defour is still out with a calf injury and Robbie Brady remains sidelined with a ribs injury.

@Komptrolla's Prediction and betting tip

Arsenal host Burnley for the lunchtime kickoff and would aim to go to the top of the league for the first time in years, not sure the Clarets would be able to stop them.

The gunners went away to beat Newcastle, not for the first time but with their better forgotten away record last season, it’s a very welcoming feeling.

Burnley started as blistering as they could, three good goals registered without conceding against Southampton, that should give Unai Emery an idea that Burnley can score and defend well.

The Gunners will have a chance to unleash their #PepeDem gang of Nicolas Pepe, Dani Ceballos, David Luiz and Kieran Tierney someday but not against Sean Dyche men as match fitness and injuries won’t let them but they do have Mesut Ozil and Sead Kolasinac are back and ready for selection after the notorious gang problems and should Granit Xhaka be unavailable due to thigh issues, Dani Ceballos would earn a start.

Verdict: Arsenal to win

Player to watch: Pierre Emerick Aubameyang
