Charly musonda outburst and rants about chelsea football club youth policy
Belgium young star Charly Musonda took to instagram earlier to rant about his frustrations at Chelsea's youth Policy. The Zambian born star was on loan at Real Betis last season and have been more of a squad player and struggled to get on the bench of the Premier League Champions.
Despite his obvious potential, Conte may think he is not ready and robust enough for the challenges of the English Premier League. The Italian is not to be blamed for this but Chelsea who have had numerous young stars loaned out or sold as it seems they won't ever break into the first team.
Charly Musonda wrote on his social media page: "You sacrifice, you work hard, harder, you give more than what’s expected, and often more than you can because you love what you do and clearly more than you should.
“And what do you get back? Literally nothing… Done."
You sacrifice, you work hard, harder, you give more than what's expected, and often more than you can, because you love what you do and clearly more than you should. And what do you get back? Literally nothing,... done. However, with this being said I will continue with same dedication and commitment to this great game.
Musonda has played three times for the club this season, scoring against Nottingham Forest in the League Cup. It seemed as though he was becoming a established member of the squad but this outburst could threaten that.
With two years left on his current deal, there are reports that Musonda is in talks with Chelsea about a contract extension. There is a chance that his outburst could be in relation to that.
